1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Malll's interactive navigation systems and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Malll provides interactive navigation systems including digital maps, touchscreen kiosks, and related services for shopping malls, airports, hospitals, universities, and other large facilities. Our services help visitors navigate these spaces and find stores, services, and information.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers connected to the services
  • Use automated systems to access the services without permission
  • Modify, adapt, or hack the services or modify another website to falsely imply association with Malll

4. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Intellectual Property

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Malll and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our services without our express written permission.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Payment is due according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure our services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Malll, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
